Vacation Rental Manager in Nashville TN

I don’t think I can say anything better about this place!! It was my first Airbnb I’ve stayed in and it was nothing short of greatness!! The hosts were literally always so quick to respond even if I had a million questions! Everything was clearly written and they had a lot of great things just available. To stuff stocked in the bathrooms and stuff stocked in the kitchen. Would 100% stay here again and I might just have to next time!!! It was a really pretty place as well!

Our family had a great time and enjoyed the space and the amenities within. The location is close to lots of things without feeling like you're in the middle of everything. Easy access to everything around Nashville.

This place is exceptionally clean and smelled great. Nice kitchen with plenty of dishes. Coffee included was great - Keurig and also ground coffee with coffee maker. Plenty of parking out front on Clay Street. Really nice back porch and front porch but didn’t get to enjoy it much as we were gone most of the time.

Clean, comfortable, well- appointed with many amenities. Lots of gathering areas to enjoy time together and plenty of room to spread out for some quiet time. Close enough to Franklin, Nashville, and other suburbs but private enough to be away from all of the noise. I would highly recommend this home for a getaway. It also had baby gates and toys for younger kids, which was quite impressive.

9 of us plus our puppy enjoyed this vacation home in Nashville for a week from 12/26/25 to 1/2/26. From easy in/out of the city to a wide open kitchen/living room space, this was a great house for us. The hot tub got plenty of use, as did the pool room, ping pong table and BBall court. My only suggestions would be to make sure that the propane tanks for the grill are filled (there were 2 tanks but both were empty) and to add TVs to the bedrooms. Beyond that, this was a perfect stay for one our favorite family vacations ever. Mark was great to communicate with and he checked in on us after we moved everything in. This is getting a 5 star rating for a reason! It is well deserved!

I really loved staying here. It was incredibly well-located - with nearby coffee shops, alternative clothing stores, grocery, drugstore, restaurants, wine & beverage store, and... the icing on the cake - Centennial Park & the Parthenon! I was honestly amazed and also grateful that so many places I needed were so close! Bedrooms were extremely comfortable & tastefully decorated - the whole apartment was - the kitchen was well supplied. And I appreciated the 2 designated parking spots in the gated parking area beneath the building. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip: clean, comfortable, and we felt completely safe the entire stay. The space was exactly as described and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun getaway. When we were getting ready to leave, we unfortunately had some car trouble, and the neighbors were incredibly kind and attentive. They went out of their way to help us, check on us, and make sure we were okay, which truly meant so much and speaks volumes about the area and community. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a safe, welcoming place especially for a girls’ trip!

Really enjoyed our time at this location. If you enjoy some River traffic and trains this is the place. The unit is well setup and very convenient to both Broadway and Germantown. Will definitely consider again when in Nashville.
