Dance It Out is a fabulous place to stay. Positive: The location was excellent! Felt very safe. The condo had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Loved there was a gated parking garage on the property. This property was very quaint and really liked the brownstone building. Nice and quiet community. Negative: Everything was wonderful! Cant wait to stay again!!!! Positive: This beautiful bungalow was PERFECT for our long weekend in Nashville. EVERYTHING was at our fingertips and Mark, the owner was so fabulous and quick to answer any questions that came up. So much attention paid to detail from the shampoo and conditioner, the wonderful towels, even the available coffee and fixens. (my friends thank you) I only hope on our next trip to Nashville, this little gem is available. Negative: That our trip was so short!

This was the perfect choice for our group for a Nashville weekend. We loved it!!!! Positive: We had such a great experience. Checking was easy, the townhouse is amazing and stocked with everything you need, and the location is super convenient. We would definitely stay here again! Negative: Honestly, I don't have any complaints. We were truly satisfied. Everything we possibly needed was provided for us, and I would absolutely recommend it.

Myself and 4 family/friends took my mother to the Grand Ole Opry to celebrate her 90th birthday - we traveled by car from Pensacola, FL -- the townhouse was perfect -- had 5 queen beds -- that was perfect for our group of adults -- location was perfect -- close to all of the events we wanted to attend -- would definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed our time at this location. If you enjoy some River traffic and trains this is the place. The unit is well setup and very convenient to both Broadway and Germantown. Will definitely consider again when in Nashville.
