- Leaves are golden longer due to the highly dense forest / fall colors run through the end of November (unique for middle Tennessee and autumns in general)

- Bright spring green blankets the entire acreage
- The grounds are alive, the pond full of fish, frogs and turtles, deer and wild turkeys run in the forest, birds sing
